Thank you all for uploading pictures to the gallery and tagging us on all socials, we love sharing diving moments, happy faces during surface intervals, bbq after dives, fascinating marine life, and mastering an underwater skill… the diving journey with friends is just as enjoyable as the dives itself!

How to enter the contest:
Send us a picture (Facebook, Instagram, in person, gallery uploads)
Must include: Your name and a caption for the picture
What do we accept: Anything related to diving! An excellent dive site, surface intervals, a bunch of friends with gears, bbq moments, your traveling pictures, and underwater photographs of course!

Application Date: Now to May 24th Midnight
Voting: This will happen on May 25th through an Instagram poll. If you haven’t followed us yet, remember to do it in order to join the voting (melbourne_uni_underwater_club)
Winner: Will be announced on May 26th during the club meeting 7:00-8:00.

Prize for the Winner:
Your picture will become the new Facebook banner for the rest of the year.
You will receive a special gift on Thursday bbq night.

—COVID Safety—
- You must be fully vaccinated to attend or work the event unless you have a valid medical exemption.
- Complete a symptom self-assessment prior to leaving home. Do not come to the event if you are unwell, even with very mild symptoms
- Do not attend if you are feeling unwell, or experience any of the following symptoms:
Runny nose / cough / aches / pain / nausea / vomiting / diarrhoea / sore throat / loss of smell or taste / fever / chills / nigh sweats / headache / difficulty breathing
- Maintain 1.5 metres distance from others during the event, where possible.
- Do not come to the event if you are required to isolate or quarantine for any reason and/or you are awaiting results of a COVID-19 test.
- Minimise movement as much as possible by staying within your allotted space or seat.
- Follow directions for face coverings and hygiene during the event.
- Our COVID-19 safety officer is Burak, you must notify him (or any available committee member) if you feel unwell after the trip, test positive, or have any other queries related to COVID-19 safety protocols.
